2010 Season

Quick News

After a successful weekend at New Smyrna Speedway for the “Governor's Cup 200” on November 21st, Justin Larson is looking forward to heading back for the “Red Eye 125” event on January 2nd, 2010. Larson qualified third and finished fifth in, what most consider, one of the biggest races of the year-aside from the Snowball Derby- for Super Late Model drivers in the state of Florida.

Prior to the Governor's Cup, Larson and his team spent several weeks in the shop converting one of his ASA Late Models into a Super Late Model. After some testing and minor adjustments, the Justin Larson Racing, Inc. team was confident they would have great results in what would be Justin's final race of the 2009 season. Without a doubt, The Thunderbay Motors, Inc. Chevrolet would prove to be one of the front runners all weekend. Pleased with their results, the team left with their heads held high, and are looking forward to returning in January.

News for 2010

Due to the economy, Skinner Nurseries was forced to leave the Justin Larson Racing, Inc. team in 2008. Since than, Larson has been forced to rely primarily on his parents and their family business. He also had help from a few associate sponsors throughout the year such as; Ware Oil, DiscoverTec, Victory Marketing Team, Chester's Chicken, Angry Pepper Waterside Smokeshack & Grill, and Thunderbay Motors, Inc.. Larson is thankful to have had a relationship with these companies in 2009 and is looking forward to hopefully extending their partnership into the 2010 racing season.

For 2010, The Justin Larson Racing, Inc. team is pleased to announce a new relationship with Reno Power, Inc. The company's owner, Steven Flocker, has provided water heating and turn key gas construction services to Sarasota, Hillsborough, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee, Polk, Collier and Hardee Counties for over 29 years and founded Reno Power, Inc. in 2000. This family owned business provides complete gas services to commercial and residential customers, specializing in hot water applications, specifically tankless water heating systems, such as Rinnai, Noritz, and Rheem products.

Reno Power Inc. has previously used Super Late Model racing as an effective means to gain customer recognition and curiosity about tankless water heaters. The JLR team and Reno Power, Inc. are excited about their new partnership for the 2010 season and look forward to raising customer awareness about tankless water heaters! Come join us at the “Red Eye 125” on January 2nd, 2010 at New Smyrna Speedway as Justin Larson looks to start off the new season with a victory.
